Service requests

Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm details, timing and pricing. The price for any work is provided before the work starts. After-hours and emergency calls are subject to an emergency service fee.

Program: S&S Comfort Solutions service messages, including responses to your requests, appointment scheduling, reminders and service updates.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your request.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
