What to expect
Five steps on our end. Three that matter to you.
We measure, run a load calculation, open your panel and look at your ducts. About an hour.
Itemized, with anything conditional called out before you sign.
We pull permits and schedule the inspection. Most installs take 2–3 days, longer if the panel or ducts need real work.

Yes. Refrigerated air uses more electricity than evaporative cooling. A high-efficiency system and a smart thermostat keep the difference smaller than most people expect.
Only if yours is old. We install these for builders and we know what a 10-year-old furnace looks like. We’ll tell you straight.
